The Challenge

Bell Publishing is a specialist publishing company that had found itself increasingly held back by an ageing on-premise server infrastructure and a technology setup that was struggling to keep pace with the demands of a modern, fast-moving business.

With no clear IT strategy in place and limited room to grow, the risks were mounting, poor resilience, restricted collaboration and a legacy stack that was one failure away from causing serious disruption. They needed a trusted partner to take stock of where they were, plan a way forward and execute it properly.

The Solution

We were brought in to assess the existing environment and build a practical modernisation plan. The centrepiece was a migration of core functionality away from their legacy on-premise server and Exchange setup to Microsoft 365, giving the team a reliable, cloud-based platform for email, collaboration and file management, accessible from anywhere.

Alongside the core migration, we helped advise on their domain, hosting and Adestra email marketing platform, ensuring continuity across all their digital touchpoints. We’ve also provided IT Service Desk support across both Mac and Windows devices, network, printers and infrastructure.
