The Challenge
When Carousel Social Media was incorporated, the founder knew that getting the technology right from the start would be critical. Too many new businesses cobble together a tech stack as they go, ending up with fragmented systems, security gaps and unnecessary costs that become harder to untangle as the business grows.
Rather than risk that, they came to us from day one to help establish a solid, scalable foundation that would support the business from launch and grow with it over time.
The Solution
We worked with Carousel Social Media to define a startup technology strategy and target operating model, keeping it lean, practical and appropriate for a new business, while making sure nothing important was left to chance.
From there we built out their full Microsoft 365 environment, configuring DNS, domain and hosting alongside a structured OneDrive setup to support day-to-day collaboration and file management. Managed services were put in place from the outset, covering cloud backup, endpoint security, antivirus and infrastructure management, so the business launched with proper protection and reliable support already in place.
We continue to provide ongoing ad-hoc guidance and IT support as the business evolves.
