The Challenge

Galleons Point Management Ltd is a London-based property and estate management company that had found itself in a difficult position, locked into a relationship with an underperforming MSP, running on an ageing technology stack with no clear path forward.

The existing setup offered little resilience, limited room to grow and a support experience that had deteriorated to the point where trust had broken down entirely. The business needed a clean break, and a technology partner who would actually deliver.

The Solution

We were brought in to assess the situation and take ownership of the transition from the ground up.

Starting with a clear strategy and modernisation plan, we managed the move away from the incumbent MSP and overhauled the entire infrastructure, migrating from legacy on-premise Exchange to Microsoft 365, and building out a refreshed hybrid environment complete with enterprise-grade firewall and VPN to support flexible, secure working.

We’ve since become their long-term IT partner, providing a fully managed service covering IT Service Desk support, cloud backup, endpoint security, antivirus, and network and infrastructure management. Giving the team reliable, responsive support they can count on day to day.
